One of the many benefits of being a Waianae Boat Fishing Club Member is the great fishing tournaments you can participate in throughout the year.
The picture to the left is of our first place winners in our August Tournament. We hold fishing tournaments monthly for our club members. It’s a great way for our Club Members to get together, have fun and keep their fishing skills sharpened; all in preparation for the big Ahi Fever Tournament in June.
The Ahi Fever is a tournament is held annually and is the one Club Tournament that is open to the public. It is the largest fishing tournament in the State of Hawaii with 200 boats participating each year.
The Wahine Fishing Tournament is for club members only and it’s a chance for the women to showcase their great fishing talents every year.
The Keiki Tournament is held each year for the families of club members. Prizes are donated or purchased by the club for our Keiki and every child is a winner. Lunch is also provided and it’s a fun day for all our club members and their family to get together and have a really great time.
Waianae is a close-knit community and whenever a Waianae based tournament is held you can count on our website to provide you with all the information you need to participate.
